Personalized Psychiatric Care for Lebanon Residents

Every individual experiences mental health differently, and effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person rather than simply addressing symptoms. Dr. Christopher Cox takes time to carefully evaluate each patient’s concerns, lifestyle, medical history, and treatment goals before developing a personalized care plan.

Treatment may include medication management, education, ongoing evaluation, and adjustments as your needs change over time. The goal is always to help patients experience meaningful improvement while finding the most appropriate long-term treatment strategy.

Argos Psychiatry provides care for adolescents ages 15 and older as well as adults experiencing a wide variety of mental health conditions. Whether you’ve recently begun experiencing symptoms or have been managing a condition for many years, our practice is committed to providing professional care that supports long-term emotional wellness.

Patients from Lebanon choose Argos Psychiatry because they value individualized care, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to treatment. We believe patients should understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes so they can make informed decisions about their mental health.

Medication Management

Medication can play an important role in treating many psychiatric conditions, but successful treatment involves more than simply writing prescriptions. Dr. Cox carefully evaluates whether medication is appropriate, discusses potential benefits and side effects, and monitors your progress during follow-up appointments.

As treatment progresses, medications may be adjusted based on your response, symptom improvement, and overall health. Our objective is to find the most effective treatment while minimizing side effects whenever possible.

Patients are encouraged to ask questions and participate in treatment decisions throughout the process. Open communication helps ensure every treatment plan continues meeting your needs as circumstances change.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations

Every successful treatment plan begins with a thorough psychiatric evaluation. During your initial appointment, Dr. Christopher Cox takes time to understand your symptoms, medical history, previous treatments, family history, current medications, and the challenges that may be affecting your emotional well-being.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, the evaluation considers how your mental health is affecting your daily life, relationships, work, school, and overall quality of life. This comprehensive approach allows Dr. Cox to develop a diagnosis and treatment plan that addresses your specific needs instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Many patients appreciate the time spent listening to their concerns and explaining treatment recommendations in a clear, understandable manner. Building trust and maintaining open communication are important parts of providing high-quality psychiatric care.

In-Office & Telehealth Psychiatry Services

Many patients appreciate the opportunity to meet with Dr. Christopher Cox in person at our Indianapolis office. In-office appointments provide a comfortable, private environment where patients can discuss their concerns, ask questions, and work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan.

For patients who prefer additional flexibility, telehealth appointments are also available for eligible individuals throughout Indiana. Whether your schedule makes travel difficult or you simply prefer the convenience of meeting from home, telehealth offers another way to receive the same high-quality psychiatric care and ongoing medication management.

Both in-office and telehealth appointments provide individualized treatment focused on your unique needs and goals. During each visit, Dr. Cox takes the time to evaluate your progress, answer questions, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. Our goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care in the setting that works best for you while ensuring continuity of care throughout your treatment.
